The clear correlation between individual employees’ targets and their integration into the different processes should support better comprehension of the overall concepts and thus strengthen the quality philosophy. IT-supported processing, which accompanies all business processes, is to be further developed and refined. We thus attach major importance to the promotion, further development and training of our employees. Regular rotation within the groups is intended to promote a sense of shared goal orientation. Mutual supra-regional training strengthens the comprehension of global procedures within the Biomedica Group and enables closer cooperation between the different companies within the Group. Increased emphasis is to be placed on cross-company actions.
